Grotto Gallery

an Arizona Artisans Collective production

About the Gallery

Founded in 2017, the original Grotto Gallery venue was opened in downtown Tempe, Arizona on the Arizona State University campus,  to serve the Arizona Artisans Collective membership as both a resource center and an event space.

We produced many fine-art exhibits, receptions and pop-ups, free member meet-ups and art-repreneur workshops.

We created, published and promoted countless in-depth artist interviews and blog features, along with e-commerce services and press releases.  We hosted an Artist-in-Residence program.  We worked hard!

Currently, our Tempe location is closed as we've relocated to northern Arizona high country, but our mission is the same.

Testimonials

Arizona Artisans Collective Gallery. Small and "hidden" Grotto Gallery, but definitely worth seeking out. It is located in the ASU area of Tempe.

Arizona has some of our Nations' most talented artists and a number of them are represented in this little gallery. I wish I had found this gallery before the holidays. On my first visit I saw several unique art pieces that would have made great holiday gifts. But, wait? Those folks also have birthdays and anniversaries. I will be going back to get a one-of-a-kind special gift.

Thank you Arizona Artisans Collective for hosting an artist demo session! I’d forgotten what it was like to sit and share with people since most of my time is spent within the confines of my own home.
